My payments not reflecting, no answers or solutions!
On the 3rd of December 2023 I made a payment and the recipient didn't receive it till date! I've been to different branches and none of them have assisted me, quite useless if you ask me! I've also made payments towards my rent and those haven't reflected either. I've been told the money would be reversed into my account for months now and nothing has happened, the issue was also escalated to different heads of departments and still nothing is happening. I want my money! I'm definitely going to take further action.
