My payment that capitec accept everymonth

Hi i need capitec to phone me urgent because everymonth i have the same problem with this bank and i do not understand what is going on because capitec block my account but they accept my payment tht is going in the account everytime so if capitec does not what to give my money i am going to lay charges against them because they said that the account is close but everymonth they accept my payment . And still i do not understand the ***** that was done to my account
