My number linked with a capitec client
I Am a capitec client and I have my number linked with a capitec client, I have laid a complain about it none of them help me. Now I have problem a friend of mine sent me money using this number that is linked with this capitec client and it went to her account but the money reported to me. I have been trying to get the reversed but they couldn't get hold of her, but promised me to freeze her account but none of that happened as well. I managed to get track the person's work place and number. But capitec refused to intervene and resolve the because we both capitec client.
