My name is Louis Naude I am giving feedback after I reported to Capitec that R45000.00 was transferred from my account to other accounts, the feedback I got yesterday that they stated the money could not be reversed and Capitec is not responsible for my lost, they gave me the Ombudsmans no and said I must report it there, I am very disappointed with Capitec and will not recommend them to anyone as your money apparently is not safe with them. I am considering to announce this on all media platforms.
