My money withhold and victim doesnt have a case no. Against me

Hi, I sold my rims to a Facebook client as i advertised on Facebook. We did the transaction and this client deposited R3.500 and gave me 300 cash. After 3 days he went to the bank and said i ****med him. Now my account was deactivated and i received a call from forensics wanting me to go to the branch. I went to branch and they told me if the client didnt produce a case against me within 7 days my money 3.5 will b released from hold. Today I was at the branch n story has changed they saying i must open a case against capitec to get supina. Please resolve this as i have conversations on messenger regarding this person transaction and he has deactivated his Facebook account
