My money swallowed by the atm

On the 07December I made a cash deposit of R12 000 at one of the Capitec ATM with one of the consultants present,he witnessed everything when my money was swallowed by the machine and it went out of service and it was back on but my money was inside. I got a message that the swap was going to be done that I must wait for 14 days. I did wait then I got another message saying the swap was done and that there was no surplus found on the ATM. This is very frustrating as I had a very stressful December because of this ,I had to borrow money for survival because my money is held at Capitec.The name of the consultant is Abram at Metlife mall CAPITEC BANK SORT THIS OUT IM WILLING TO GO ANYWHERE TO LET THE NATION KNOW WHAT YOU DO TO PEOPLE WITH THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
