my money ****** from bank/atm

wanted to withdraw money from atm but when i put in my pin the first 2 pin numbers apeared on screen so i canceled the transaction but then my bank card didnt come out so while standing infront af atm i called capitec to stop my card but i was n few seconds to late because my whole salary was ****** from me my wife and our 4 children went to the bank next day and fica law kick in they cant go into my (not even 1 month old account )i have emailed them no responds if i need this money back please very urgent bank case *** and ***8 police cas no:731/2/2016 contact centre *** and ***5 <br> please i need this money back please
