My money refunded

In December I tried to withdraw money from one of the capitec atms but I did not receive the money from the ATM, though the funds were out of my account, I somehow thought I had lost the whole R3500 but capitec showed up , investigated the matter and refunded me. The most amazing part about all this, is on the day the refund took place they were supposed to call and talk to me 1st but my line of employment doesn't allow me to use my phone while on duty, they could not get hold of me but they never gave up on contacting me . when I had already made alternative budget cutting the R3500 I thought I had lost, I was R3500 richer after the refund. I honestly had given up, thinking I was ****med and it was not capitec fault . I remember the manager saying they will give me feedback after 5days she however promised to prioritize my query and indeed I got the refund within a day Thank you capitec keep protecting our money, we trust you with it.
