My money on hold

My name is Chantal pillay ID no. *** , I bank with Capitec . My husband Melvin pillay who also banks with Capitec, recently made a complaint about money on hold in both our accounts. Bandile from Capitec was handling our case . My husband did however get the money released on his account. But I still have not received any money released in my account.
