My money is not safe with Capitec
In June 2019 i discovered that there is an authorized online purchase of airtime from my Capitec account and it has been going on since April 2019 from the value of R40 and below. Evertime when there is money in my account someone would buy airtime. I reported this matter to the bank and im not satisfied with the response. Several numbers of unknown people were benefiting from my account without my permission and the bank fail to compensate me. Where will my money be safe except the bank?

I have reinvestigated the original findings previously communicated to you and I regret to inform you that your claim amount of R 1,215.00 unfortunately remains denied. For ease of reference, please refer to the attached Repudiation Letter which explains why the bank will not accept liability for your loss.
Should you disagree with the final outcome of the investigation, then you may take the matter up with the Ombudsman for Banking Services to review our findings.
