My money frozen by capitec and failing to release it

My name is Vuyiseka Mpiti, I received money from my sister Siyahluma sifile on the 13th of November but the money was frozen on the 14th for suspected ***** and my sister went to the branch with the required documents within 2 days the money was released but the main account only and the other one were I transfered the money to is still frozen and I've been going to the capitec branches since then but to no avail, I very dipressed as I wanted to use the money urgently but they have been telling me that in 3 days it will be released and still it hasn't, I'm even thinking of closing my bank account because they cnt help me now but they are the same people who froze the account I'm very disappointed and angry at this back
