My money disappears at Capitec bank

Hellopeter, I bank with Capitec bank for many years now and every month I get money comes ng from overseas for family support, two payments were made to my account one the 27th jan 2021 second payment on the 21st Feb, both of this morning net made it to my account till now bot amounts of R15000.00 in total R30 000.00 in total. When I call their foreign exchange service I get rude consultants that tells me they don’t have my money and they returned the payment to the sender but it seems they only return ended the second amount done on the 21st February.... what happened to the rest they can’t answer that they just drop the phone on my face. My own trusted bank is robbing me... I spend so much airtime calling them and I get no proper assistance.... so sad when one can’t even trust where they put so much money in a bank that s suppose to be the best.
