My money

To whom it may concern I had a problem with the Capitec bank, on the 10th of June there was a transaction of R9000 with the reference "SARS" and the following day they took R1500 with the same reference then I went to Sars office they told me that they will do a follow up then they told me they are not the one who took the money and I went to Capitec Bank they told me they won't be able to reverse the money coz its not them who took it so I'm not sure what to do if they can't help me with everything that I asked them and I need the money ASAP!!!
