My life savings have disappeared from Capitec Account

Capitec has ****** all funds in my account At the outset, i have never shared my account details with anyone, banking personal included. 472 000 was deposited over 2 weeks ago into my personal account. I was advised that the funds were frozen untill the source could be verified. Today i received an email that there was a ***** on my account and the R472000 has been withdrawn and the case is closed!!! I cannot get through to anyone to make sense of this. This is my life savings and seems Capitec have helped themselves to my funds without explanation.
