My life savings disappeared in the hands of CAPITEC BANK

capitec is the worst bank ever. ********** transaction on the capitec banking app.capitec app not so secure as they claim. Capitec fails to give me proper explanation about the transaction, all they can say is "sorry mam we cannot refund or give you your money back"

on 10/09/2020 a transaction was made from my capitec banking app of which i did not authorise that transaction i dont even know the person the money was transfered to,now capitec CANT trace their own accounts.
