My internet banking is not working for 2 weeks now

capitec banks internet service is not working after i phoned them they don't care they block me on Facebook<br> <br> after i complain about my service not working and they ignore all calls from me and still my internet banking is not workting i will be suing them for loss of money i cant pay my bills and have no debt becuase of them and i must interest i must pay now you will be sorry capitec bank for blocking me and for costing me money after you say you save people money ???
