My husband investment portfolio got blocked

My husband Altcointrader (investment portfolio) Capitec got it blocked because of the deposit I made using my personal account and I got a warning about that and my personal account was re- activated

But my husband investment portfolio is still blocked guys, please advise Altcointrader to unblock it as they stated that they will only unblock it if communication is made to them by Capitec.
