My father's late estate

I'm am soo annoyed and unhappy with capitec Bank they still don't want to transfer my late father's money since December they don't take people serious and they don't care their customer service is poor and they take people for granted I can't put my fathers tombstone because of them I was supposed to have got my fathers money today but they now say on the 9th I'm writing for the second time the is no posetive feedback capitec it's a ****ty bank
