MY FATHER WAS ****** MONEY FROM CAPITEC BANK,AND NOW THEY CAN'T HELP HIM

On behalf of my father he was baking with capitec bank when people from capitec called him claiming to be from capitec bank ,and the stole 24 thousand rands from his account, when he went to capitec bank to report ,they ddnt help him, still he has not being helped since it happened in January 2021,capitec is failing to give him the name of the person who stole from him,you are my last hope can you please help us,this has not been sitting well with my dad
