My debt has multip**** due to one stupid error

Once again i plead for assistance with my almost one year long struggle to get my money from Capitec Bank, i have made a review last year Capitec Contacted me told me which process to follow which i did and now i am back to square one. Capitec bank advised that the client i mistakenly transferred 27 thousand to needs to contact them to send my money back...after tracing the client and managing to get his email he rep**** and said he had contacted his bank. Now Capitec closed his account because apparently there was ********** activity on his account. The guy is very shady, he no longer answers my emails and refused to give me a contact number or visit the branch. I have even put posts on social media for a Reward for any information with the clients where a bouts.
