My daughters life is on the line

I waited for capitec to sort out the issue with my daughters account for almost 8 months now my daughter is sick and has to do a surgery I can do all that cos my money is locked in capitec I have been saving for my daughter to get the best surgery but now I might loose her cos capitec bank blocked my account I'm very sad please release my money I'll take another account this is so wrong my daughters life is on the line here she might die if that money is not released she has to do a surgery on Monday release that money I'll take my business somewhere else if I loose my daughter it will be on you.............
