My Credit score update

I had an account with you, and you sold it to MBD. That debt was settled 4 month's ago. And I've went to several Capitec Bank but no assistance ,they keep giving me a number that no one answers. Now my credit score is messed up because of y'all. The worse part is when they check on the capitec system it doesn't even show that i paid them back the money
