My credit profile not being updated

Hi I don't know who can assist.I have loans at Capitec bank that I have been paying an till I los my job in 2010.and didn’t pay the loans then in 2015/2016 the laweyrs off capitec phoned me about the account and I have been paying my 4account at fnb R50 a month on al 4 acount. An till I so on my ITC that capitec or there lawyers deducted the R50x4=R200 off on the 1 account and not on all 4 account so then I just stop paying the account. So in 2018 Capitec’s lawyers phoned me and said I must pay and do it over a dubet order that I have been refusing till to date but I am paying this Capitec account at VVM Debt and they don’t update my ITC.till to date my ITC are more then 150+ in arrears can VVM debt or capitec Please update, otherwise I will contact the ombudsman Regarding this.
