My ***** Case 2023

I had a ***** case with Capitec Bank..I had such bad service..They send me to multiple departments,used up my money I had to go to police station to make a case..Got the case nr..Went back to Capitec Bank only for them to tell me it's too late to get my money bank..I was so disappointed in this bank..And too think I'm with them for over 15 yrs...I immediately change my bank..Won't ever go back to them at all..
