my card was cloned they dont want to give my money

My bank card was cloned and my salary was ****** from my account capitec says they cant give my money back because i called to stop my card 2 minutes late only 2 but there consultant asked me twice for all my details and i never left the atm they say they know about the clone **** and they also tells me how these people operate and also says they know its not my fault but they cant repay me how can i ever trust this bank again to keep my money safe they dont know the truma me and my family had to go thru they dont give a damn as long as you pay your fees they dont care i need that money back and i am not going to leave it as is
