My card keeps getting blocked with out any notifications

<p>I recently opened an account with Capitec which I was planning to use for saving money from my small business. I run an online clothing small business so one of my clients bought an item and deposited money to my Capitec account (she also banks with Capitec), there were delivery delays on my side so she panicked and thought she was ****med then reported my account as ********** with Capitec. I refunded her that very same day and we sorted the issue out (me and my client). Capitec didn't even bother to contact me as their client and let me know of these allegations but instead they went ahead, blocked my account and open a case with their forensic team. So few days later when I was transferring money to my account I was told its no longer valid its on Hold Status because it's reported as ********** so they need an affidavit from both of us, me stating that I refunded my client and her confirming the receipt of the refund....we got the Affidavits and submitted as required and the account was open. 2 days later when I tried using my cellphone banking again I got an error that I have no active account, I havent been to the branch to find out why but I find this so unprofessional and exhausting now I want them to CLOSE the account for good. </p>
