My card got blocked

Hellopeter. I have a problem with my capitec account.l went to do a bank statement last month and they told me that my account has been handed to ***** official because they was money that they suspend it's a ***** that l don't know.I have been using capitec for many years and now they decided to close my account for good.l've been receiving maintenance money for my child on that account and the father did stop order.l demand my bank account back...I don't know about the money that it's in my account
