My capitec trauma

<p>I was at 3:02 am on the first of june 2016 when money was withdrawn from my capitec account,I had messages and woke up only to find my money gone.I call their customer line and had the card blocked.they asked about the card and I had it in my wallet,they told me it's been withdrawn in china.went to the branch in the morning and the took that card and replaced it.gave me ref number and was told they will investigate for 11 working day.to date I haven't had from them.</p> <p>Please assist</p>
