My capitec account is blocked

Hi, my name is Lindiwe Zengele my account was blocked early this year capitec never even bother to call me and ask me if the allegations were true....someone called Dube claimed I posted in a newspaper about a stockvel were as me and her were in the same WhatsApp stockvel she paid 3000 into my account then a friend of mine Vanessa deposited 2000 back into her account I deposited a Lady called Boitumelo 2500 from that 3000...now capitec never even called me and check with me of what had happened they just blocked my account and this Dube lady kept on harassing me in my inbox that she blocked my account and she will never unblock it she claimed she blocked it to spite me I still have screen shots to prove that she was mocking me
