My Capitec Acc is still blocked even After submitting all required Documents

My Capitec Bank account was blocked due to suspicious transaction , of which clarity was required for the source of funds , I then declared I operate a taxi business and submitted invoices for the transactions , as well full bank statement not older than 3 months of the clients that made the transactions , provide an signed affidavit that the transactions are indeed for my taxi services , further provided ownership papers of my taxis , as well as letter/permit from the taxi association . Thats everything that was requested yet my account is still unblocked , all of a sudden I am now requested for WhatsApp communication between me and my clients , who said I conduct my business on WhatsApp to justify them requesting that . Can I please have this issue given priority and escalated because it now seems like a **** and not doing due diligence as per FICA.
