My block acc at Capitec bank

Hi please if someone can assist me my bank acc was blocked I when more then 5 time in to the branch without any luck with I sell spares I had 2 or 3 customer who paid for car parts which I had to courier it 2 customer got they part there was 1 customer who gave me wrong info I lost contact with him and capitec can't help me regarding unblock my acc I have been using this acc for my then 10 years if an correct and I need my acc unblock
