My account was Hacked & someone bought a OTT VOUCHER shows for intertainment the Value of R1900 on from my Account, 3 Branches including there ***** LINE & there WhatsApp ***** line state the the OTT VOUCHER can be purchased on the Capitec app, I never bought a VOUCHER on the app not even a ONLINE PURCHASE aswell, they mention that they can't see what there Client's can on there Phone's & on the Banking apps, but they point let it was me, the LOG I Placed at the Bank is not been resolved to my needs. If I may ask, is it not ***** in this CASE?, apparently Am I not the 1st Person of complainig. What Am I standing to do from here?. Kind Regards Hannes Vorster ***
