my account was debited R1800

I woke up the two days back the was a debit order of R607 that was debited in ma account twice same night , I visited the branch they could not help me to reverse telling me that the cumpany has a agreement with the bank so they won't be able to assist me, this evening actually 30munets ago again the cumpany deducted my money.... I'm so not impressed first thing tomorrow morning I'm going to close that account down with Capitec
