MY ACCOUNT PAID UP but still receiving messages

i am so ****ed off with capitec , i settled my loan full amount and now i received an sms saying i am owing R103.28 i need to know what is this amount for??? i called in to find out how much i owe they gave me a full balance and i settled it and now i am receiving stupid email , with capitec even if you do an early settlement the amount is still the same it doesnt change , it is just a ******* , i called them and took the same amount i was owing and settled it but now i am receiving nonsense messages , i will never ever open an account with capitec anymore , If you take their loan and when you want to settle before it will still be the same , i had to pay full amount but still receiving messages , i closed off my account and i was told that someone will send me the letter to state that i am done , i am still waiting ???but they are very quickj to send messages , what is this 103.28 fooorrr i want to know .
