My account is stopped

Capitec bank is really bad my account has been stopped since last year December due to ***** when I contact customer care they send me to different departments I have sent emails to forensic and complains department still saying account is under investigation and stop will remain active. I visited the branch still no one is able to assist or provide feedback even today no one is able to give feedback they keep on saying its under investigation account will remain closed I submitted affidavit and ID but is still the same until today the are funds on my savings account which I can not access and every month those funds are still receiving interest even when my account is stopped.
