My account is closed

Hello support this is Qedi a lady who uses Capitec account for her grant money and wishes for the account to be opened ,this is my storry capite bank closed my account for no good reason it was because of the funds I received which the funds were belonging to me what kind of minded is this really now I have to suffer I have debit and grant coming in there my kids will suffer for nothing ….i use my account for a lot of things I don’t know anything and any reason that closing my card every money that in my account belongs to me also every money tang came in there belongs to me I know off please can they open my account
