My Account Is blocked because a person who sent me money days ago was reported and I no nothing about it

Hi my account is blocked as a result of a blocked account that sent me money back on Wednesday and I submitted the affidavit and my ID copy yesterday. Today I just received an sms saying i have to provide another affidavit because the last one does not have enough details .Where m i supposed to have the information because I am not the one who was reported they even blocked my sister's account because I sent her money on friday.How am I suppose to have money for food as a student when they freeze my money.And what will happen to my Nsfas allowance for next month when they blocked my only account as a student they want to give me stress in the middle of my exams.I want my money back they I will open account at other banks ,Capitec treats customers like trash
