My account is blocked

Capitec bank has not assisted nor called as promised to fix the issue of blocking my account and refusing me to atleast withdraw the money in it. I wrote to hello peter last week hoping capitec bank will assist since i never get any help at the branch or on call but i guess thats how i lose my money and account
