My Account got hacked from China

<p>2 cash withdraws happened yesterday from my account out of China amounting to almost R5000, Capitec tells me they have to investigate it for +- 30 days? i investigated it myself and came across that it was withdrawn from China, how is that possible that my card can be cloned and i have to wait 30days for my money to get refunded, how do i pay my rent? Capitec dont care they an incompitent bank with theifs working with our money</p>
