Mxm no transparency!

Logged a claim and they said through verification we are not blood related, we appealed the outcome and send through proof however they are coming back saying it should be "close family". Capitec is not transparent at all and are looking for ways not to pay out a claim, please be carefull when taking out a funeral cover @capitec bank. They dont care about you or your "family" whilst the are taking your money every month.
