mutiloan

i app**** for a capitec loan in June and settled that account in July.Now on my credit profile it shows that i have a multiloan of R3200 from Capitec which i never app**** for,this is having a negative impact on my profile as it shows that i have an instalment of R3700 with Capitec,i phoned customer care and they said i should visit the branch.Iwent to the branch on the 04/11/2015 and enquired about this,and i was told that the facility has expired but still appering on my name.they said i should queue for a consultant to cancel this which i dont have time for.my lunch is only 30 minutes.i would appreciate if someone can contact me regarding this.
