Mutilated torn R200 exchange Capitec

Hi on the 21 January i withdraw cash at a Capitec teller R200 note was given with a torn of corner on the note. The next day I went to Capitec to exchange the torn R200 note. They told me it will take 2-3 days and it will be deposit into my account. After a week I went back to Capitec nothing was done the note was still in their branch. Redone the papers again told me that it will be sorted in the same day. Today is the 6th February and still no refund on my R200 note that they took to be exchanged. I'm very disappointed in Capitec Bank.
