mutilated note
I am waiting since the 27th of July in relation to mutilated note, incident was reported ref (***). a banker named Jonathan from mall of Africa threatens me as the client.
When I escalate to whatsApp ref *** they require an image of the bank note which which I was told by Jonathan that is was uploaded. The bank note is currently with Jonathan who does not want to assist whatsoever.
If anyone can help.
