hi there. i have the same issue with the same people on my capitec account. i have no idea who musicbox or rescue box is and what they do or how to came to debit my account. i called the bank and all they tell me is that they cant assist. i need to cancell the debit with the third party. now my question is how did they obtain legal right to debit my account without my authority?and is thant not a security issue on the side of Capitec? i mean why pay bank fees if any person can just randomly debit your account without your consent?
