Multiple unauthorised debits since Aug blackout
I've been happy using Capitec for my Savings account however after the blackout in early August I had a number of unauthorized debits from my account from Bestwebtraffic, Theclickengine.com, and Plrdearer.com. I have never used my Capitec account online so I'm not only furious that money has been deducted from my account without my consent or knowledge but I'm gravely concerned about how these **** websites even managed to get my Capitec account information.
Can someone at Capitec assist with the above as a matter of urgency?
