multiloan expires within 30 days

I opened multiloan mid january nd paid it end of january via debit order. When i tried to withdraw to my surprise i could not access it. Phoned customer care and was advised that it has been closed though the consultant told me that it is valid for 12 months hence it is not the first time using it. How can u close a loan which is not even 30 days old nd my credit profile still the same. Please fix this or i will take my business to another bank nd close the account.
