Multiloan

Hi All,<br> <br> i have app**** for a multi-loan in 2014 and every-time when apply for credit they both come up as opened and they have an outstanding amount.<br> <br> I have logged several calls since 2014 and none of you guys were able to assist me and keep on sending back and forth and i have been asked to sent a copy of my credit report but still the response i am getting is that no tebogo this is just a multi-loan doing an inquiry and that absolutely nonsense.<br> <br> I am in a stage of contacting an ombudsman or alternatively sue you guys because you are inconveniencing me.<br> <br> Thanks
