Multiloan
I have been a client of Capitec the past three years, However I am not happy right now. <br> <br> I believe that Capitec had what it called multiloan in which you access at any time, However this loan becomes active whether you use it or not. I tried applying for a car but because of this Multiloan which R4873.00 i am unable to qualify.<br> <br> i queried this matter last year November and I was told it has been cancelled on my name and it will only take a month for it to clear. To my surprise yesterday as I contacted trans union I was told that I still had the multiloan appearing on my name. Can Capitec clear this matter ASAP as this is incoveniencing me at this point.
