Multi loan reduced without notice

I have a multiloan with Capitec bank, where I was able to withdraw R2700 each and every month. My repayments are always on time and never short paid. However, when I tried to withdraw my multiloan at the end of August, I was only able to withdraw R280. My limit was decreased without my knowledge or without warning. Nobody informed me that this was going to happen or why it was going to happen. I depend on this money as part of my monthly budget in order to pay my bills, and now I am unable to pay my bills.
