Multi Loan paid every month, but getting listed.

I made use of Capitec's Multi Loan in November '15, December '15 and Jan'16.<br> Every month the money gets TAKEN out of my account to pay the loan, but now I hear that I am in arrears for those 3 months.<br> The joke is that you cannot make use of the Multi Loan if it is not paid the previous month!!!<br> I thought about moving from my current bank to Capitec, but now it will not happen and I might just close the Capitec account.
